Most software roadmaps are marketing documents. This one is an attempt at something different — a real view of what’s in motion, what’s queued, and what’s deliberately not on the list.
Sequential, not calendar-based. “Now” means active work. “Next” means real but not imminent. “Later” means planned but further out. Items shift between buckets as reality changes. Last review: April 2026.

Refining the run experience — step-execution feel, timer behavior, haptic tuning, coach voice library expansion. The core loop gets sharper before anything new stacks on top.
Community layer — live, getting polish.
Browse public routines from other users, clone what fits, and keep your edits private by default. Friends list is live too — see what people you follow are running. Currently smoothing discovery and tightening the privacy boundary.
Hardware prototyping.
Electrical bring-up and physical form studies. Iterating on what the object needs to be — and what it needs to refuse to be.
Writing, when there's something worth saying.
Essays and research ship when they’re ready, not on a calendar. The work stays on the product; writing is a side effect of that, not a content strategy.
Outreach-first marketing.
Growing through conversation, community posts, and people who like a piece of writing enough to share it. No paid ads. No retention dark patterns.

Queued, real, not imminentNative iOS and Android apps.
The current product is a web app — intentional for fast iteration, but it can’t do what a routine runner actually needs: reliable morning reminders, background timers that survive a locked phone, lockscreen controls, true offline. Native is where those land. One codebase, both platforms, feature-parity with web from day one.
Accountability reminders.
Once native ships: nudges tied to routines you scheduled — a heads-up when your morning window opens, a follow-up if you skip a scheduled run — so you can hold yourself to what you committed to. The line we won’t cross: “we miss you” pings, feature announcements, or anything triggered by our metrics rather than your schedule. Notifications serve your commitments, never our dashboard.
Pro tier launch.
Structure and pricing being finalized. The core of the app stays free. Pro focuses on depth for power users. Existing users get a fair grandfathering path.
Expanded coach voice.
Deeper personalization — more contexts, more routine categories, better awareness of where you are in your practice.
Hardware prototype reveal.
First real photos and details. Waitlist members see it first. Pre-orders follow.
Early-version hardware — small batch.
Small-batch, hand-built units available mid to late 2026 for waitlist members who want a working companion before the production design is final. Treat these as beta hardware — real, functional, not polished. First shipment goes to waitlist in signup order.
Hardware pre-orders open.
Production-design pre-orders. Deposit-based. Waitlist members get priority and first access. Shipping window held until we’re confident in it.
Team or family plans.
Only if the demand signal is real. Shape TBD — we’d rather ship none than ship a bad one.
